Matrix Hub — Equipment Hire Terms of Service

1. The hire

Equipment is hired for the dates on your booking. It remains the property of Matrix Hub (or its owning entity) at all times.

2. Payment and contract

Payment is required for this contract to take effect. A digital signature is required before equipment is dispatched.

3. Saved card

The card saved at checkout may be charged for damage identified on return and for late-return charges, per sections 4 and 5, without further approval.

4. Late returns

Equipment returned after the booked end date accrues the next hire block at your booked rate. [§13.9 — final late-charge policy wording pending legal review.]

5. Damage and cover

Damage beyond fair wear is chargeable. If you selected damage cover, its terms and cap apply as shown at booking. [Wording pending review.]

6. Data services

Data access accompanies an active hire or data subscription per your plan, including the upload-plan choices made at booking. Readings are retained when access lapses and restore on renewal.

7. Jurisdiction

Australia only; all amounts AUD including GST unless stated. [Wording pending review.]
